THE ROLE:

They are currently looking for experienced care workers with NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications in Health & Social Care for this highly rewarding role in this small friendly newly refurbished care home for the elderly.

They provide all the training and qualifications you need for the role, with the support and guidance to develop your career with them.

They are committed to providing on-going training and development for all employees to continually update their skills. All members of staff take part in a comprehensive induction programme and attend relevant courses. All applicants will be subject to satisfactory references and all employees are checked against the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS).

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal Care Assistant will have a very caring nature. You must also have strong communication skill and the ability to work as part of a team. You should be flexible and be able to adapt to the needs their Residents.
